Physical Testing
Our physical testing ensures material integrity with precise measurements of porosity, bulk density, and grain size. We also expertly assess ultra-fine powders and hydraulic binders in our specialized humidity chambers.
Chemical Testing
Accuracy is paramount in our chemical testing processes. Using the gravimetric method and cutting-edge spectrophotometry, we analyze transition metal oxides with meticulous attention to detail.
Mechanical Testing
Strength is tested here. Our mechanical testing services evaluate the cold-crushing strength and bonding strength of materials, ensuring they withstand rigorous demands.
Thermal Analysis
Our thermal analysis capabilities are unrivalled, with pyrometric cone equivalent assessments and muffle furnaces capable of reaching up to 1800°C, catering to all high-temperature scenarios.
Thermo-Mechanical Testing
We measure materials endurance under stress with tests like creep in compression and refractoriness under load, simulating real-world thermal conditions.
Modeling
Precision design and thermal profiling for our rotary kilns and other machineries are achieved through AutoCAD and specialized thermal profiling equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
