CALCINED BAUXITE
As a premier producer of calcined bauxite, USJ Refractories is proud to offer a product steeped in quality and precision. Our operations are rooted in the rich, bauxite-laden lands of Katni, Madhya Pradesh, where we harness the raw potential of our privately owned mines. Our expert team, leveraging years of industry experience, is dedicated to refining the ore into a superior grade of calcined bauxite.
At USJ Refractories, our meticulous approach begins with the careful selection of raw bauxite from our Katni district reserves, known for their optimal mineral composition. The transformation process is conducted under stringent quality controls within our USJ facilities, where high temperatures are applied to remove moisture and increase alumina content, enhancing the mineral's refractory properties.
Our commitment extends beyond production. We engage closely with our customers to understand their specific needs, ensuring that the calcined bauxite we provide not only meets but exceeds performance expectations in a variety of applications. It's this dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction that positions USJ Refractories at the forefront of the calcined bauxite market.
